Carpooling Organizer
Before each local event needing transportation get parent volunteers have forms completed and develop spread sheet with assignments and driver cell phone numbers
Parent Meeting Minutes
Attend all parent meetings, take notes, and distribute minutes to parents and mentors

Uniforms - Spirit Wear
Coordinate with Parent Coordinator to finalize designs/offerings, coordinate with supplier, order and distribute
Kickoff - Parent Coordinator
Work with Parent Coordinators on location, timing, and food. Determine and communicate alternate site if necessary
Uniforms - competition
Coordinate with Parent Coordinator to finalize design, Inventory current stock, Determine Current year order, Distribute Uniforms by Open House
